Four Minutes

Tonight, I went to ROCK, where I was frequently asked, "How's school?" Every time, I replied with a variant of "It's okay," because it really is just that. Not great, not terrible, but just plain okay. I've actually had to study and do homework immensely more now than last quarter, which was what I was hoping for when I signed up for these classes. But when I started reading Chaucer last night, I was completely baffled. It was like reading another language. It took me twenty minutes to read fifteen lines because I had to look up the definitions of about two or three words in each line. It was so frustrating that I just resorted to Sparknotes (which I now recall is so high school) so I could go to bed already. In any case, I hope that gets better and that despite the many things that I left at school for the weekend but need here at home (e.g. the Oxford English Dictionary), I can still read and gain understanding of this present nonsense.
I think I have a full weekend ahead of me. I hope it goes well and that I will be able to blog again.

P.S.: Four minutes refers to the four minutes in which I wrote this blog, the length of the song I am listening to.
The end!
